Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Axiom Digital Systems Ltd for consultancy, infrastructure, or technology services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Where you use the Modo Insight application, you further acknowledge that Axiom Digital Systems Ltd acts as an Agent of TrueLayer Ltd (FCA Firm Reference Number 901096) for the purpose of providing regulated Account Information Services (AISP) under the Payment Services Regulations 2017.

2. Proprietary Rights

All intellectual property, including software, designs, and deliverables produced by Axiom Digital Systems Ltd (Co. 17031903) remain our exclusive property unless explicitly transferred under a written agreement.

3. Service Scope

We provide technology consultancy, intelligent systems design, and infrastructure solutions on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Project scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual Statements of Work.

4. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, Axiom Digital Systems Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend services immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of these Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Regulated complaints will be acknowledged within 5 business days and resolved within 15 business days. If you remain dissatisfied, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
